As far as we can tell, Brett Eldredge is not married. However, some reports state that the country star might be secretly married.

It’s unclear if Brett is dating. In the song Gabrielle, he sings of a past relationship and a former lover. “It’s kind of a breakup song, but with the bittersweet, kind-of happy, wishing the other person well within their life, wherever they are,” Brett told The Boot.

Brett didn’t confirm Gabrielle’s identity but insisted that the song was inspired by true events. “And so, I’m not saying whether or not it’s – whether the person’s name actually is Gabrielle, but it is about a real situation in my life,” Brett said.

Brett was linked with Sadie Robertson and Kelly Clarkson

Sadie Robertson’s appearance in the music video of Brett’s hit single The Long Way sparked dating rumors. “Brett’s amazing,” Sadie told Entertainment Tonight. She described Brett as ’a goober’ and ‘hilarious’ but confirmed that they were nothing more than friends.

“Everybody thinks we’re dating.” Sadie said. “We just had so much fun together. Everybody was like, ‘No, you were really laughing.’ We really were. We really did have a great time. But I don’t know, girl, it’s too complicated.”

Brett was linked with Kelly Clarkson after their 2020 Christmas duet, Under the Mistletoe. He told HELLO! US that he’s been Kelly’s fan since her breakthrough on American Idol. Addressing the dating rumors, Brett stated: “Yeah, those always come. It’s crazy but it’s just people I love to make music with.”

“I’ve been very fortunate to get to work with incredible women, and just powerful human beings and great people too, and to get to share the stage with them, it’s a dream.”

Kelly Clarkson told Angie Martinez she’d like to fall in love, but she’s ruled out marrying again. “I don’t want another dude in my house with my children,” Kelly said. “I really do, truly love being single. I like my bed. I like my routine.”
